How do I find a club?
Open Clubs in the menu. Your own clubs come first, then every other club with its city, members and games played. Visitors without an account can browse the same list.
What is on a club page?
The header shows the club's logo, city and numbers: players, followers, games and events. Below it are four tabs:
- About: description, address and contacts
- Members: everyone in the club, with a search
- Posts: photos and news from the club
- Events: seasons and tournaments, current and past
How do I join?
There are three ways in, and each gives you something different:
| Way | How | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Join | Press Join on the club page | Membership once the club approves you |
| Invite link | Open the link a club sent you and confirm | Membership at once |
| Follow | Press Follow on the club page | The club's news, no membership |
After you press Join, many clubs let you in at once and the page shows Member. If the club checks requests first, you see Pending approval until a moderator answers.
I belong to several clubs. Which one am I looking at?
Rating, Games and Events show one club at a time. Use the club picker at the top of the page to switch; on a computer it also sits in the sidebar. The club you pick also decides which events you see when you record a game and where a new online room is hosted.
Where are the club settings?
Owners and moderators find their club under Admin: members and join requests, events, rules, Telegram topics and the weekly poll. Setting up a new club is covered in Register your club and Set up your club and chat updates.
Common problems
- Following doesn't let me play rated games. Only members can. Following just shows you the club's news.
- A members-only room won't let me in. Your membership must be active, not pending. Ask the host for an invitation in the meantime.
- I see the wrong rating. Check the club picker at the top of the page.
