Riichi Dojo helps players learn riichi mahjong, record games and organize clubs and tournaments. These terms explain how to use the service and its content.
Accounts and respectful play
Keep your sign-in methods and private invitation or claim links secure. Use the service respectfully: do not harass other players, impersonate people, submit deliberately false results or try to access someone else’s private information. If a result is wrong, contact the event organizer rather than creating a duplicate record.
Clubs, tournaments and payments
Clubs and event organizers set their own participation conditions, rules, schedules and fees. Read the event page and check your registration status before attending or paying. Registration for a tournament does not automatically make you a club member. Questions about an event’s payment, cancellation or recorded result should go to its organizer.
Your posts and other people’s information
Only upload material you have the right to share. Obtain permission before posting someone else’s private details or images where permission is needed. Content posted to a public club or tournament page may be visible to visitors without an account. Check the audience before publishing.
Artwork, software and reuse
Third-party artwork and software keep their own licenses. Our credits and licenses identify those works and their reuse conditions. Do not assume that every image or asset has the same license. Ask us before republishing original site illustrations; ordinary links to our public guides and articles are welcome.
Guides and external websites
Guides explain the app and common riichi practices. A club or tournament may use different rules; its published rules determine how that event is played. Linked websites are operated independently, and their content and conditions may change. Report an error in a guide so we can correct it.
Availability and help
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or interruptions. Keep a separate record of information essential to running a live event. These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
