Create an event for online play
To play online by your club's rules you need an online event (a season). Club tables can be opened while it runs.
Open Admin, then Events, and start a new event
Open Admin → Events and create a new event.
Name it and choose its type and play mode
Enter the event name, choose Season as the event type and Online (server verified) as the play mode.

Under Schedule, enter the start and end dates. Club tables can be opened only between them.
Check that Rated event is off
Online events are unrated for now. Check that Rated event under Rating is switched off.

Under Rules, choose your club's ruleset and press Create.
Before sharing the event, confirm its club, dates, player count, and ruleset. If it is missing from the room picker, check that it uses the online play mode and is currently running. An event outside its dates cannot host a new club table. Players still need access under the room’s roster settings; creating an event does not automatically invite them. Review the saved event page after creation.
